Should I Get My Hot Tub Serviced?
This is a question we are often asked. It’s a great question and an important one! The answer depends on several factors such as where you purchased your hot tub from, your technical knowledge with hot tubs, the age of the hot tub and finally; how much time you have on your hands.
We believe, like a car, a hot tub should be serviced at regular intervals. In the same way, your hot tub needs to be serviced annually at the very least. A good hot tub service ensures you keep your hot tub in good condition and trouble free. Your hot tub would get a full report from an experienced technician, water chemistry advice and an expert opinion on any visible or potential issues.
A professional, good quality spa service usually takes between 2-4 hours but may be more depending on the condition of the tub, water pressure and any additional work that may be needed. The service involves a thorough all-over check, pipe flush, emptying, deep clean, refill and final check.
