Here at Hydropool Dorset we are the only authorised Hydropool Service team in Dorset.
Keeping a Hot tub or Swim spa serviced helps prolong the life of the jets, pumps and pipes. Servicing also helps keep all moving parts clean and prevents excess wear. Our engineers may even identify potential issues early and be able to anticipate the problem before a component needs replacing.
As part of our servicing on Hydropool hot tubs that are still under warranty, if we find anything wrong, we will fix or replace the broken component for free subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Spa Winterising
Although we recommend using your hot tub or swim spa as normal during winter, some users will prefer to winterise their spa. This needs to be done thoroughly to ensure no issues occur when the spa is empty.
